Política de privacidad. What personal data we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

The data controller is [Full legal name of the titular] (NIF [NIF: DNI or NIE number, e.g. 12345678Z]), trading as ARC, [Fiscal address: street, number, postcode, city]. You can reach us at contact@arc-suite.com for anything related to your data.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, organization if you give it, the topic you choose and your message.

When you visit the site: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure. To stop form abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to one hour. We cannot turn it back into your IP address.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across sites.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your message and preparing a proposal if you ask for one: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
  • Keeping the site and form secure: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

We don't use your data for marketing, and we don't sell it.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while we're in conversation with you and for up to [e.g. 2 years] afterwards, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case we keep them as long as the law requires for our records.

Who else processes it

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, runs the contact form and delivers its emails.
  • [Mailbox provider, e.g. Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace)] hosts our email inbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email contact@arc-suite.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Cookies and local storage

This site doesn't set cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice locally on your device. It's never sent to us.
